TILIGO is a versatile application for the preparation of valuations of products and entire projects as well as creation of business offers in an automatic way.

 

TILIGO enables you to make instant price estimations of even the most complicated projects on the basis of pre-defined elements (products, services and sets). Moreover, the calculations may include all specific for the given offer objectives, e.g. margin level for the whole or for individual items, discounts for a given customer, parametrization of elements and many more. The prepared offer or valuation of a project may be exported using several clicks to pre-existing template in RTF format (opened in e.g. MS WORD). A generated document with an offer is ready to be sent to a customer. The templates may be easily modified by the user. After getting an order from a customer, as a response, on the basis of a document with an offer in TILIGO software, you can generate a list of products (with potential dimensions). TILIGO also allows you to automatically generate orders to suppliers for the products included in an offer.

 

Along with TILIGO program you get professional and aesthetic templates of offers and other documents. The templates may be independently edited and you can also create you own ones, making use of specially prepared tags which full list can be found in the following sections.

 

When creating TILIGO, we have made every effort to make an application simple and intuitive. Nevertheless, in order to clarify the doubts that may arise during using the application, especially its advanced features, we have prepared this document which explains the program and helps to prepare offers faster than ever before.
