In order to print an offer, you need to press [Print/Export] button, placed in an offer editing window. After pressing this button, you can see a window enabling you to select Print and Export options.

 

In this window you can decide whether the offer is going to be printed or exported (you can also select both things at once).

Then you can select a template of offer printout (by default, the program chooses a previously used template).

Another part of the window allows you to select the content of the NAME column.

 

Here, it is possible to select one (or several at a time) element:

 

1. Short name

2. Long name

3. Foreign name (e.g. in foreign language)

4. Code

 

After pressing the next button [Print/Export], the offer will be opened in a default program opening files of *.doc or *.docx type.

 

These may be programs:

Microsoft WORD or OpenOffice.

 

It is also possible to use a free MS WordPad, but the default templates are not fully compatible with this program (it would be necessary to modify existing templates).

 

After displaying the offer in the default WORD documents reader, it is possible to print the offer or send it via e-mail. In order to do this, you need to use options created for the particular documents reader. Before sending the offer we recommend converting it to PDF format.
