Generating orders allows to group the products according to suppliers. This in turn enables to issue individual orders addressed separately to each supplier. In order to edit orders, you need to press [Generate orders] button in the list of products. The button is available only on the list of products that is open on Offers level.
After pressing this button, a list grouped according to suppliers will be shown. On this level, a user may edit some product fields. They can for example change the quantity of ordered products (e.g. increase) so as to have some extra stock of products.
They can also enter the actual purchase price (after a delivery) as well as acquisition price. It can allow the user to subsequent improvement of an expected purchase price.
